4.1. A person to whom the board issues a licence shall pay the following duties:
(1)  (paragraph revoked);
(2)  for a licence for a drawing: examination fees of $30.75;
A payable duty of 0.9% of the total selling price of the tickets printed or estimated by the applicant or of the objects manufactured is added to the examination fees, except if the application for a licence for a drawing concerns a 50/50 activity where the value of each prize to be awarded is $5,000 or less;
Where the application for a licence for a drawing concerns the 50/50 activity where the value of each prize to be awarded is $5,000 or less is made by a group of organizations pursuant to section 4.2 of the Lottery Scheme Rules (chapter L-6, r. 12), a payable duty of $68 is added to the examination fees;
(3)  for a licence for a drawing during a fund-raising campaign authorizing the holding of a drawing: administrative charges of $30.75 plus 3% of the total value of the prizes offered;
(4)  for a wheel of fortune licence authorizing the operation of a wheel of fortune: administrative charges of $30.75 plus $60 per day for each wheel of fortune where the stake is from $0.25 to $2, and $119 per day for other wheels of fortune;
(5)  (paragraph revoked);
(6)  for a charity casino licence authorizing the holding of a charity casino: administrative charges of $30.75 plus $30.50 per day for each blackjack table or for each wheel of fortune.

(6)  for a charity casino licence authorizing the holding of a charity casino: administrative charges of $29.75 plus $29.50 per day for each blackjack table or for each wheel of fortune.

(6)  for a charity casino licence authorizing the holding of a charity casino: administrative charges of $29.25 plus $29 per day for each blackjack table or for each wheel of fortune.

(6)  for a charity casino licence authorizing the holding of a charity casino: administrative charges of $31.25 plus $58.50 per day for each blackjack table or for each wheel of fortune.

(6)  for a charity casino licence authorizing the holding of a charity casino: administrative charges of $30.25 plus $57.50 per day for each blackjack table or for each wheel of fortune.

(6)  for a charity casino licence authorizing the holding of a charity casino: administrative charges of $29.25 plus $56.50 per day for each blackjack table or for each wheel of fortune.

(4)  for a wheel of fortune licence authorizing the operation of a wheel of fortune: administrative charges of $28.75 plus $111 per day for each wheel of fortune where the stake is from $0.25 to $2, and $222 per day for other wheels of fortune;

(6)  for a charity casino licence authorizing the holding of a charity casino: administrative charges of $28.75 plus $55.50 per day for each blackjack table or for each wheel of fortune.

(6)  for a charity casino licence authorizing the holding of a charity casino: administrative charges of $28.25 plus $54.50 per day for each blackjack table or for each wheel of fortune.

(4)  for a wheel of fortune licence authorizing the operation of a wheel of fortune: administrative charges of $27.75 plus $108 per day for each wheel of fortune where the stake is from $0.25 to $2, and $216per day for other wheels of fortune;
(5)  (paragraph revoked);
(6)  for a charity casino licence authorizing the holding of a charity casino: administrative charges of $27.75 plus $53.50 per day for each blackjack table or for each wheel of fortune.

(4)  for a wheel of fortune licence authorizing the operation of a wheel of fortune: administrative charges of $27.25 plus $106 per day for each wheel of fortune where the stake is from $0.25 to $2, and $212per day for other wheels of fortune;
(5)  (paragraph revoked);
(6)  for a charity casino licence authorizing the holding of a charity casino: administrative charges of $27.25 plus $52.50 per day for each blackjack table or for each wheel of fortune.

(6)  for a charity casino licence authorizing the holding of a charity casino: administrative charges of $27 plus $52 per day for each blackjack table or for each wheel of fortune.

(6)  for a charity casino licence authorizing the holding of a charity casino: administrative charges of $26 plus $51 per day for each blackjack table or for each wheel of fortune.
